More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this new image drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
